New entrances being built

At long last work has finally began on the new Royal Park Entrances. The work began 9am February 2009. The first entrance to be built Is the main entrance on Royal Park swimming pool avenue. The builder has stated that the work will take two weeks to finish this entrance.

This week we finally received the last documents stating that the work could be completed and that we the residents own the new entrances.

Swimming pool soi 5 6 repaired.

Swimming Pool Area between soi 5 and soi 6, this pool area was falling into disrepair as the trees roots began to break all of the concrete and gardens walls.

One of the Residents arranged to have the complete area repaired, with removing of trees, digging correct holes for the trees to be replanted, repairing all of the broken concrete and fixing the walls.

I can only congratulate Nico for all of his hard work in this area. This really was a large undertaking on his part and has taken up a large amount of time Nico is here. Nico is only here on holiday at the moment.
