Royal Swimming Pool Avenue Gate Open
I am pleased to inform you that the first new entrance gate will be open today – This is the gate by the swimming pool on Royal Swimming Pool Avenue
Security will open and close the gate for the first week
For the first week it will be hand opened and closed by the security. If you see that the gate is open, please stop and tell the security on the gate to close it, and also email me and I will get the cctv recording and give it to the security boss,
These rules have been given to the security on this entrance

When a car or motor bike comes then open the gate to let them drive through

then close the gate straight away

If you not do we can see on the video camera and we will show your boss

People who live here will be very unhappy if you not close the gate

Within the next couple of weeks this gate will be fitted with motors that will open and close the gate. At least we will know the gate will be closed.
Perimeter Wall Completed
The perimeter wall has been completed on Royal Apartment Avenue stopping both foot and motor bikes entering the village without going through security. Some of the residents in this area have reported that this area is quieter.
Staff Toilet now open
The staff toilet has been completed and is now open for the staff, this gives us back the toilet at the swimming pool which we can now get cleaned and have for residents only…
Gate two of three now being built
Gate Two of three is now being built, this is the gate on the corner of Thrappraya and Thepprasit road.
