Noisey Dogs

It seems incredulous that some residents permit their dogs to bark and whine insesently all hours of the day and night.

Do these people not realise that their anti social behaviour in allowing this noise pollution is a blight on the village. Please have some thought for your neighbors.

Gate Passes Switched off to Non Maintenance Payers

A small number of people that live on the village have not paid this year’s village maintenance and will not say when they will pay it. Some of these people have not paid for the last 2 – 3 years.

Banners have been made and have been fitted to the gates

Banners have been made and fitted to both the West and North west gate. The banners read in Thai and English

“Not paid village maintenance – Your Gate passes will be switched off – pay your share – other village residents are not paying your bills – Pay at the TMB Bank”

Royal Park Village Gates

The maintenance fee will have to be increased to all other residents.

Every month we have to find the money to pay the companies that supply services to the Royal Park Village. If every person does not pay, then the maintenance fee will have to be increased to all other residents.

Gate passes switched off

People that have not paid this years service fees will find that they cannot use there gate passes to open the gates. They will remain switched off until the service charge is paid.

The resident will have to pay for the gate pass to be reconnected

When the payment is made, we will arrange for the gate company from Bangkok to come to the village to turn their individual gate passes back on. The call out cost for this service will NOT be paid by the village but by the individual resident.

The switching off of the gate passes is the first restriction to be made

Since the village management handed over the running of the village to the residents, one of the main questions asked is “What will happen to the non payer”.

The switching off of the gate passes is the first restriction to be made and we hope that this will encourage this small number of people to pay their share of the running costs of the village, and no other restrictions will need to be made

The cost of running the village reduced

Since we took over the daily running of the Royal Park Village, the monthly outgoings have been cut from 120,000 per month to roughly 70.000 baht a month. But every house hold needs to pay for us to be able to break even

The people that help out with the running of the village do so for free.

It is important for everyone to understand that the people that help out with the running of the village do so for free.

  • No Management costs
  • No Accounting fees
  • No Admin fees
  • No Travel expenses

The true cost of running the Royal Park village is higher than the 70,000 Baht. People help for free to save the village money.

If these few people continue to refuse to pay their share of the community costs, sadly more serious restriction will have to be made.

Monday 4th October West gate problem

Monday 4th October west gate problem on the Royal Park Village

I received a phone call from William 315/247 explaining that the west gate and small door did not work

I went to see what the problem was. On inspection I found that the swimming pool motor, toilet lighting had no electric

Using a test meter it was found that the cable running from the electric meter had no electric. This showing that the problem was with the electric company

With the help of Peter and Kanakwan 315/274 the electric company was called and the fault reported. A team of men from the electric company arrived on the village to repair a loose connection, fixing the problem.

I am glad to say that at no cost to the village the repair was done, the gates are back working.

Thank you to William for bringing the problem to my attention and Peter and Kanakwan for helping arrange the repair.
