Royal Park Village maintenance information
Before you sign a contract to rent or buy a house on the Royal Park Village Jomtien, ensure that the village maintenance is paid in full for the current year and previous years. If any money is owed, you will not have access to village facilities like swimming pools, Entrance gates, key fobs and garbage collection until the account is up to date and paid in full.
