Entrance at the west gate Thrappraya road
As a result of the on going road works at Thrappraya road, leaving the village via the west gate at times can be difficult especially after heavy rain.
James from soi 2 house 267 and Richard from soi 3 272 have arranged the work force and the materials to repair this area of the road and entrance to the village. Not a complete fix but better than we have at this time.
James was concerned
James was concerned that as we do not have Tawan working on the village, in the result of heavy rain, we would not be able to fix the road quickly, so James suggested that we take on the cost personally and get this road area into a better condition before the heavy rains come.
The sand, concrete, stones, rebar, tools and workers where all paid privately by James and Richard
On behalf of the village I would also like to thank James
On behalf of the village I would also like to thank James for his continued generosity, effort, time and expertise. Over the last year, James has
- Started the camera scheme on the village,
- Donated a lot of equipment for the electronic gates and barriers,
- Helped to redesign and build circuit boards on the gates that previously failed saving the village thousands of baht
- Donated money to the fixing of the road
James is also ready to help with
- The installation and design of the swimming pool card entrance system
- Switching the street lighting to photo cell operation
- Design of LED lighting at the North gate after the area is planted
James is also looking at trying to save the village (every resident) money by reducing the electricity used by the street lighting.
The west gate will be closed to incoming and outgoing traffic
The west gate will be closed to incoming and outgoing traffic for two days 6th June and 7th June.
I hope that more people will be able to help with small improvements to the village. If you have and idea for an improvement please contact Richard on 089 250 8765
