The Royal Park Village offers great facilities. The village is managed and maintained by residents ensuring the important jobs get done first

Childrens Play Area

In 2010 we built a Childrens playing area on the village. This encouraged for the first time the children on the village to meet, make friends and gave them a safe environment in which to play. The childrens play area has been a fantastic success with children and parents meeting every evening and weekend.

4 Communal Swimming Pools

The community has 3 shared swimming pools and 1 community swimming pool. All pools are locked and only accessible by residents. Access to the main swimming pool is via an electronic key card. A company is employed to clean the pool and the village management ensure all needed repairs and upgrades are carried out.

CCTV

The Royal Park village has 27 CCTV cameras fitted around the complex. Since the fitting of the cameras, crime on the village has dropped dramatically, making the Royal Park Village one of the safest village to live in the area

Electronic Entrances

The Royal Park Village has three entrances.

The two entrances from Thrappraya road (West Gate, North West Gate) are unmanned and electronically operated; opened and closed. This gives residence easy access to and from the village. Non residents cannot use these areas, which keeps the village private, quiet and stray dog free.

Garbage Collection

The village management arranges for the collection of garbage from all houses of the village. At the time of writing this, Garbage collection is on a Monday night roughly 10pm – 11:55pm

Security Staff

The North entrance on Thrappraya road also has electronic barriers, though to make it easy for delivery companies, workers and visitor to gain access to the village, security staff are present 24 hours a day. 2 Security Staff work at any one time
