The Royal Park Village is the first gated community in the Pattaya and Jomtien area
The Royal Park Village is the first gated community in the Pattaya and Jomtien area. April 2009 the gates came into operation. The gates are unmanned and can only be opened by residents and guests with Key fobs and Key cards.
The electronic gates have reduced crime, through traffic, noise and pollution. They also save every house 4200 Baht a year in maintenance (384000 Baht for the whole village) as a result of reducing security staff.
For people without Key fobs or Key cards, entrance on to the village is possible via the North gate on Thepprasit road (7 eleven Entrance)
Need to arrange key cards or Key fobs
If you need to arrange for Key fobs or key cards please contact Richard 089 250 8765. Please note that if you owe any village maintenance, including the current year, you will not be issued with new passes until your village maintenance is paid in full.
Key Fobs and Maintenance Fees
Only residents of the Royal Park Village can purchase Key fobs. If any house owes village maintenance and their account is not up to date, then no more Key fobs will be issued until the account is paid in full.
A Key fob will also be switched off if any resident is late paying the village maintenance fee.
Before you buy a house on the Royal Park Village
Before you buy a house on the Royal Park Village, make sure that the maintenance is paid in full, other wise you as the new home owner will have to pay the outstanding amount.
