Sweeping all roads and sois
The Royal Park village now has a part time person working on the village. Their duties include
- Sweeping all roads and sois
- Cut the bushes at the main swimming pool and communal area
- Clean the entrance gate runners
- General keeping the village in a tidy state.
At the moment the worker will be part time, working on the village Tuesday 6am – 10am, Thursday 6am – 10am and Saturday.6am – 2pm
Richard said “The North gate entrance is an area which really lets the village down, it is a complete mess. Every visitor that comes to the village does via this entrance and the first thing they see is over grown weeds and rubbish, this is an area we really need to change”
Parts of the village need more urgent attention than others.
It is obvious that some parts of the village need more urgent attention than others. The Royal Park Apartments Avenue is also an area that will need a lot of work to bring the area upto standard. Over the coming weeks we are sure the village will begin to look better, cleaner and tidier.
This is an area on the Royal Park Village that needs urgent attention
Over the last year or so, many residents in this area of the village have commented that outside their homes never seems to be clean. With a new worker and a timetable with instructions, i am certain that we can get this area cleaned up.

Hi All, I recently recieved a “Dear Mr Broadbent, This isjust a friendly note….” to remind me that builders frequently leave building materials on waste land etc. The spirit of the “typed in large print” note I understand but whilst it had my name on it, there was no signature or name or tel no. of the sender. Whoever sent please rectify. Actually, I did not need a reminder as the builders had yet to finish the project; now finished, the offending material has been removed – well, most of it
Nicer, would have been “Hi Tony…etc etc etc…. from Name
Also, slightly miffing is that the offending, neatly stacked, bags were standing on the precise piece of waste land, opposite my house, which stiill has never been swept (except by me) since I came here 6 years ago.
But well done the Management Committee (or Richard) for the effort.
